Teachers Training Phase -1

Phase 1 Questionnaire

Completed SSY & AMC/Retreat.
Must have attended 10 days children SSY/ Resi. CH.SSY camp at least once completely.
Must have learnt Puja chanting completely ( entry for those who pass puja test).
Dedicated to Guruji’s vision.
Should have volunteered for two more SSY Classes & two more AMCs.
Must have attended Being with Guruji program at least once.
Must be familiar with Hindi or English and local language.
Unmarried youngsters, willing to learn one more language (Japanese or Spanish) staying in Maralwadi ashram for one month and to actively volunteer the major programs of RSVK whenever called, are allowed.
Meditators above 50 years require a special letter from Recommending Teacher regarding their commitment to teach, ability to learn, physically and mentally fit and freedom from family to dedicate their life for seva. Do not recommend old or sick people.
Must attend Being with Guruji programs - Brahmotsav at Maralwadi, Aradhana at Manthralayam and VHS in Nov / Dec. every year as per policy.
Oath taking ceremony in a Satsangh in the presence of family members, Friends, Meditators, Teacher and elders of the society.

Teachers Training Phase -2

Phase 2 Questionnaire

Should have completed phase-I, Or they should have undergone through Brahmacharya Prog. or ILRD or RSVK degree programs.
Must bring the phase-I completion letter copy. Admission will be after passing retest of phase – I.
Must be self-sufficient and not dependent on RSVK for livelihood. If they are full time volunteers at RSVK, they are eligible for entry.
Spouse also must have attended Being with Guruji program at least once.
Must have conducted 2 Ch.SSY. Classes fully, independently.
Must be dedicated to Nobody sadhana.
Must have participated BST 1&2 in last one year.
Must have been sending their program reports with Divisional Heads Sign after their phase-I continuously at least once in a month.
Meditators above 50 years require a special letter from Recommending Teacher regarding their commitment to teach, ability to learn, physically and mentally fit and freedom from family to dedicate their life for seva.
Should be able to speak well on ‘How to overcome caste boundaries’ tape.
Should have volunteered for two SSY Classes & attended 4 AMCs/ Retreat.
Must be ready to join a commune of RSVK.
Must attend Being with Guruji programs - Brahmotsav at Maralwadi, Aradhana at Manthralayam and VHS in Nov/ Dec. every year as per policy.

Teachers Training Phase - 3

Phase 3 Questionnaire

Must bring the Phase – II completion letter. There will be a test on phase – II before admission to phase – III TTC.
Must have been sending their program reports after their phase-II continuously atleast once in a month.
Listen to English version of SSY classes at least 2-3 times.
Assists doing at least 3 SSY classes for a group of maximum 12 participants and conduct all classes except first 3 days.
Spouse also must have attended Being with Guruji program at least once. .
Must be willing to join a commune of RSVK.
Able to live on minimum requirements.
Must have completed BST 1-BST-2in the last six months.
Attended 4 day AMCs once in six months for 1 year.
Must have participated a 5 day Padayatra for at least 30 people.
Support Senior Teacher for any project fully and generate funds for the commune.
Send 2 people for phase I training especially in the last one Year.
Able to support and direct next level Sadhaks in their sadhana.

Teachers Training Phase - 4

Phase 4 Questionnaire

Have you assisted the parent teacher for all the sessions of adult SSY class for the first two batches.
Have you conducted full batch in presence of parent teacher for two batches, after which he/she will be B guided for being completely independent and given SSY class audios.
Have you guided to train phase 2A and B trainee teachers for adult SSY class apart from first three sessions – Introduction, Rules and Responsibility.
Have you inspired phase 2 trainee teachers to attend AMCs once in every two months and BST 1-2 in every six months, enrol meditators for TTC, Anna Prasad kshetra, RVG, RCRT, RVM, & IRLD programs. .
